When adding a new piece to my closet, I try to keep in mind how it will pair with pieces I already own. When I got my Nordstrom green vest I didn’t really think that I had much to pair it with, but I loved it and bought it anyway. It has quickly become the most universal piece in my closet and I keep finding tops already in my closet that it looks great with. It is without a doubt one of the best closet investments I’ve made in a while. Every closet needs that one piece that is a true neutral; you can throw it over any outfit and make that look unique and special. Unfortunately, this vest is so popular that it is backordered. However, in my opinion, it is totally worth the wait. I have it over a J Crew Factory button down and J Brand skinny jeans from Nordstrom.

I accessorized this look with my Michele watch from Nordstrom, my Forever 21 gold ring and my Baublebar two finger ring. I finished off this look with my Loft booties and my Loeffler Randall leather tote from Nordstrom. I hope you enjoyed this look today!!
