I was completely obsessed with the cold shoulder trend this past Fall and Winter and I am so excited that the trend is continuing for spring. I found this fun top at Nordstrom last week and I love it so much that I’m ordering it in a few more colors. I think it runs bug. I’m wearing an XS and wished I had ordered the XXS. When I order it in other colors I’ll definitely be sizing down.
